You can not get expedited shipping [rush delivery] on web orders. If you require rush delivery, you must call our order center at 1-800-426-6292.

Outside the continental U.S. Please double the appropriate amount. All orders must be paid in U.S. funds.

How will I know my order has been processed?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please be sure to include a correct e-mail address, or you will not receive a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us by e-mail or at 1-800-426-6292.
Go to http://shop.boma.org/tracking. You will need your confirmation number and invoice number or you will need to know the shipping address of the order.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
You will not be charged for an item until it is in stock.
All returns must be sent to the address below. Returns sent to any other address may have a rerouting fee
applied.
